Exchange and Return Policy

Returning or replacing products are done in compliance with local regulations or by an approval from Perfiction

Steps for Requesting Exchange or Return:

  • Send a video of the product + a picture clearly showing the issue and reason for exchanging or returning the product.
  • A customer service representative will contact you to initiate a request.
  • Sending a representative for the exchange or return of a product takes from two to five business days.
  • The exchange or return process through the technical support department is completed within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
